MadHatter is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Higgsfield, Luma AI, ByteDance/Seedance, Google, OpenAI, or any other model provider. These documents are provided for general information only and do not constitute legal advice.
This page covers content licensing and the open-source and third-party notices that apply to MadHatter.
1. Content License
You keep ownership of your Input and, to the extent permitted by the underlying model providers, of your Output. You grant MadHatter only the limited license needed to process and display your work within the Service, plus the promotional license described in Terms §4.6 (which you can opt out of at any time).
2. Output & Provider Terms
Rights in AI-generated Output are also subject to the terms of the model that produced it. Some providers grant broad commercial rights; others impose restrictions. Review the relevant provider's terms before using Output commercially.
3. Acceptable Use
Content generated or uploaded through MadHatter is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and to the safety policies of each model provider.
4. Open-Source & Third-Party Notices
MadHatter is built with open-source software and adapts components from other projects under their licenses. The Director Pro studio is adapted from Anil-matcha/Open-Higgsfield-AI (MIT). See the project's THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES file for the full attribution. All model names and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

MadHatter is an independent project and is not affiliated with Higgsfield, Luma AI, ByteDance, Google, OpenAI, or any provider. Marks such as Higgsfield, Luma, Seedance, Nano Banana, GPT Image and ElevenLabs are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.
